Americas Best Value Inn Marshall - Bel Air

We loved the convenient spot near the lucky Jacks Casino and had a blast playing some games together.

My wife says that the lack of sufficient towels was disappointing.

The hotel's staff is very very nice. It has a good location next to the surrounding stores and an Americas Best Value Inn. Besides, we appreciated the lake, located within 10 mins walk of the venue...

It has particularly good location in Marshall as it's short walk to an Americas Best Value Inn as well as Texas. Really helpful people are working there

The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a restful night after a long drive. It was clean and had a nice setup with a cable TV, microwave, and refrigerator. I liked the affordable pricing, definitely a perk for budget-conscious travelers. The overall cleanliness of the motel left something to be desired. The hallway had a strange odor and looked a bit dingy. The breakfast options were minimal, with stale muffins and no bread available. I had some issues with the Wi-Fi being erratic at times. The mattress could use an upgrade as it felt a bit worn out. I appreciated the friendliness of the owners , but a bit of attention to detail around the facilities would elevate the experience significantly.

The room was clean and provided a decent space for my family of 7. We took a trip to Oaklawn Golf Course nearby was great. The kids loved exploring the local area.

My kids wished for more breakfast options.

the hallway was pretty dirty. but the laundry facilities were spotless, the free parking made it easy to come and go, and the housekeepers were respectful of privacy. not bad for a budget stay.

One downside was the cleaner did miss some areas, leaving dirt in the bathroom corners.

The location, while a bit secluded behind a gas station, still offered reasonable access to the interstate, convenient. The room was adequately clean, and there was fresh paint and a new floor. Amenities were minimal, and the dated carpet still raised concerns about cleanliness. The value for money was the main highlight, even though the overall experience fell short in other areas.

Decent price but many issues

Unfortunately, the room was abnormally humid and the bathroom walls needed a serious cleaning. The air felt stale on the second floor, which definitely detracted from the experience. I think better maintenance and a refreshing of the air situation could go a long way in improving the overall comfort.

The place offered great pricing, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We felt it was worth the money for a group getaway.
